Harmony Home Care Support is a locally owned homemaker and companion care agency serving Tampa, Florida.
Our story
Started for the same reason you are reading this page
Harmony Home Care Support is owned and run by Roselourdy Stimphil, who founded the agency on a simple belief: that growing older should not mean giving up your home, your routine, or your independence. Most people do not want to move. They want a little help so that they do not have to.
We are a small, family-minded agency, and we intend to stay that way. Every client is someone we know by name. Every caregiver is someone we would trust in our own parent's home. When you call, you get a person who already knows your situation, not a queue and a case number.
We serve Tampa and the neighborhoods around it, and we keep that area deliberately small so that our caregivers arrive on time and stay as long as they are needed.

Four things we will not compromise on
Dignity first
Age does not take away a person's right to make their own decisions. We support the life your loved one already has, we do not manage it for them.
Consistency
Care works when it is the same familiar face. We keep caregivers consistent so trust has a chance to build.
Honesty
If we are not the right fit, or if your loved one needs a level of care we cannot legally provide, we will tell you plainly.
Family in the loop
You should never have to guess how the visit went. We keep families updated on what we are seeing at home.

Who will actually be in the home
The screening matters more than anything else on this page. Here is exactly what every Harmony caregiver clears before they meet a client.
- Level 2 fingerprint background screening through FDLE and the FBI
- Certified caregivers, verified before hire
- Reference and work history checks
- Annual HIV/AIDS in-service training, as Florida requires
- Ongoing training in senior safety in the home
- Matched to each client's routine and personality
